I want to compliment the staff at this Hampden and Tower location, especially after what I witnessed tonight (Saturday 8/30; 8:30ish pm): While many pizzas were coming out of the oven and a lobby filled with people, a complete psycho of a woman berated the manager because they waited an unfortunate long time for their pizza which wasnt correct I guess. Apparently she was hung up on too which I would assume is because of her super R rated language. Here is some advice to this woman: Learn how to speak to people with respect and maybe you'll see the results you wanted. Treat people with kindness. You should be ashamed of the way you behaved over a pizza!!!! I have never seen anything this despicable. As this manager is trying to ensure that pizzas aren't falling out of the oven and cutting them with super speed, this clown has the audacity to tell her she shouldn't be a manager if she can't handle the pressure!! I would love to see this loudmouth do this job which is usually thankless and very demanding. I applaude the crew here that has always been pleasant and made my experience very nice! As this customer stormed out, she yelled that she won't be coming back. I say for the best! I hate to think of how she treats restaurant servers and bussers if she bullies managers like this! Great job Domino's Hampden and Tower!!! You are appreciated!! Oh yeah, my pizza was perfect!!!!
Liz was by far the most pleasant leader to watch. The way she directed everybody to get tasks done was a breath of fresh air. Thank you everyone my food was amazing.

I feel bad that I haven't updated my old review. The past couple of years when we have ordered delivery pizza from here have been very positive results. Only a couple of times have they messed up our order but overall I must say they've done a great job on getting our order correct and delivering it in a timely manner. The ingredients are tasty and fresh and I feel their Italian sausage is great. They're a solid place for American style pizza
